How long will I have access to my designs?
You can access your designs anytime you have an active subscription. You can turn your access on and off as needed during your membership period.

Can I see the collections before signing up for the subscription?
We can’t offer previews of our designs, as they’re only available to paid subscribers. However, you can explore our gallery of past installs and archived designs to get a sense of our design aesthetic.

What if I love a bathroom design, but the configuration or specific elements don’t fit my project?
If a design catches your eye but you need adjustments—whether it's a different vanity size, changing the number or style of sconces, or switching to a more traditional look—email us with your request. We’ll do our best to tailor the design to meet your specifications.

What if I can’t find a bathroom design that works for my project or need changes to an existing design?
If you can’t find the perfect design or need adjustments—whether it's a different configuration, a specific style change, or a different finish—let us know! We can modify an existing design or create a new one based on your request. Just email us your details, and we will add it to our design queue. We also release new designs regularly, so there’s likely to be something you’ll love during your membership. Additionally, you can mix and match items from our collection to create a custom look using our "Shop It" links.

What if I don’t want all of the items in a bathroom design?
No problem! You can swap up to 3 items per bathroom design. If you'd like to shop individual items, you can use the "Shop It" button to purchase directly from the vendor. Alternatively, if you'd like us to handle procurement, just request a quote for the bathroom design, and you can customize your shopping cart by removing any unwanted items (simply click the red "x" next to the item to remove it, and the invoice will update automatically).

Can I buy individual items without purchasing the entire collection?
Absolutely! We provide "Shop It" links for all items used in our bathroom designs, allowing you to easily shop for individual pieces directly from the vendor.

How much does it cost?   

We offer a single fee of $250 for 30 days of access or $2500 for a full year of access to our professionally curated designs. If you purchase through us, many of the products are anywhere from 10- 25% off standard retail price from vendors like FloorandDecor.com, Lowes.com, Build.com, Bed, Bath, and Beyond.com and some specialty retailers that we sourced to give you a unique and elevated look at an affordable price!

How do I know if your designs fit my budget?  

Our full bathrooms range from $1400k for all decorative materials up to $8k for a more elevated primary with double vanity, wallpaper, marble floors, soaking tub, and eye catching fixtures. When you click on a specific bathroom on our website, you will see the estimated price for a standard 40 foot bathroom with 8 foot ceilings in the top left hand corner of the shopping list.  

Most of our tile is between $2- $12 per sq foot (similar to that of Floor and Decor or Lowes). Most vanities run from $200 to $2400,  and shipping costs usually cap out at $250 for a pallet delivery.  We also have a handful of designs that are available for local pickup if you prefer to bypass delivery fees or need the materials quickly. Please inquire for more information on the pickup option as it applies to a limited number of bathrooms.  

Will you calculate my tile quantities for me?   

We recommend having your tile installer or general contractor determine the required quantities, as many factors must be considered. We are not responsible for over or under calculations, and excess materials cannot be returned so this is a VERY PIVOTAL calculation that could cost you a lot of time and headache if not done correctly. Please leave this step to your professional installer and let them know that we can’t guarantee being able to get more if they run out!   

Depending on your bathroom configuration, you will need to complete an order form for your desired configuration.

Can I substitute an item if I don’t like it?

Yes, you can substitute up to three items per design by requesting the swaps in the comment sections of the order form. Just let us know which specific item you want instead (ie “please substitute the mirror from the Noah bathroom in place of the mirror from the Braxton bathroom)   

Can I buy individual items without purchasing the entire collection?
Absolutely! We provide "Shop It" links for all items used in our bathroom designs, allowing you to easily shop for individual pieces directly from the vendor. Or, if you prefer, please feel free to request additional items be added to your cart in the comments section of the order form.  

Can I add an item I’ve seen from another collection to the one I’m purchasing? 

Certainly, just let us know in the comments section of the order form. We’ve provided easy and accessible links to each item as well so you can order it yourself or ask us to add it to your order form when you’re ready to place an order.  

How do I track my delivery? 

 We’ll send you the tracking information as soon as your items have shipped. You can also log into the customer portal and track them from there as we regularly update the portal. 

How do I return damaged items?  

If your items arrive damaged and you had us order and ship the items to you: contact us brooke@savvydesign.co to discuss any broken or damaged items. If you ordered the items yourself, please contact the store directly to discuss their return policies. 

Who do I talk to about issues if I ordered items through the links on your website instead of having you order the whole bathroom for me?  

We kindly ask you to direct all your questions to the vendor from whom you ordered to ensure seamless and easy communication. (if in doubt, check to see if your invoice came from us or the vendor (EG. Floor and Decor, Lowes, etc). 

Are you guys focused on residential or commercial style bathrooms?  

The Majority of our designs are intended to be used in residential applications and not for commercial use. The consumer is responsible for determining whether or not the design packages and its specifications will work in their space and application.

We partner with credible brands like Wyhdham, Merola, Emser, Delta, Modway, Floor and Decor, and MSI to guarantee you receive high-quality products at a fair price.
